Built with a modular box-type welded frame using copper plates, stress is relieved through annealing heat treatment and surface sandblasting.
The crankshaft runs the full length of the frame and is forged from high-quality alloy steel.
The slide uses extra-wide, fully enclosed 8-sided guideways, providing high guiding accuracy.
Equipped with a separate clutch-brake unit offering high torque, excellent braking performance, fast response, and sensitive operation.
Automatic lubrication system ensures optimal protection of the press machine.
The toggle-type press structure provides a unique slide motion curve, slowing down significantly near bottom dead center (BDC) compared to crank-type presses, with superior positional accuracy. Ideal for embossing, sizing, extrusion forming, and other heavy-duty stamping applications.
